At Game Gear, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Game Gear account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number and prepaid shipping label.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
