The Vellum is a skinning knife that rolls through without nicking meat, so you skin fast out in the field. NZ designed and tested for the way Kiwis actually hunt.

Under the system, the Vellum is the first step, skin with the Vellum, bone with the Quarry, finish with the Brawler.

This knife pack comes with a Lockjaw sheath, thermoformed to the exact shape of the knife. The Vellum clicks in and holds secure, it stays seated no matter how you carry it. The sheath is fully waterproof, so rain and blood will run straight off. No oiling, no drying out, no rot. Wipe it down and it's done. This pack is tough but light on your belt.

The Vellum is a skinning blade done properly, taper-ground high quality stainless, with a grippy polypropylene handle that doesn't slip wet.
